Robert Moeller (1899-1984), sometimes also listed as Robert Moller.

He was was born on November 18, 1899 in Germany. He relocated to New York and finally Port Richey, Florida. He painted landscapes, coastal scenes and fishing villages.

He studied art and design in Germany before coming to the United States. He was a charter member and instructor at the West Pacso Art Guild (Port Richey, Florida) , as well as one of its first vice presidents. Up until the time of his death he exhibited regularly --and won many awards-- at various art shows in New York, Colorado, New Mexico and Florida
